You have nothing to fix by Cecilia Stucchi

Consuming content about personal growth and Glow Up can be a great act of love towards yourself; a clue that we want the best for ourselves. On the other hand, however, there is a trap that is very easy to fall into: starting to perceive yourself as something that continually needs to be “adjusted”.

Social media is full of advices, on how manifesting, how to improve your skin, how to find your style, which wonderful product to use to have shiny hair... And it's a moment to end up in this vicious circle in which nothing seems to be enough.

Eating this type of content can be truly constructive if we do it from a place of self-love and not of rejection. The paradigm is “I love myself so much that I decide to give myself the best” and not “I need to change everything about myself because I'm not good like that”. You don't need to follow every single tip or trend: take what resonate inside you and leave the rest alone. It's great that you want to improve yourself, but love yourself right away.

Give yourself permission to love throughout the process, you have nothing to fix before to do it!
